@arooni2 I have no desire to continue this trend. However, I am a firm believer in fair play. To establish that ND has indeed engaged prostitutes, we need to have verifiable evidence that there has been some exchange of benefits, either monetary or otherwise. In this particular instance, the main challenge is in proving how an 86 years old man is able to engage in sex while laying unconscious.. At this stage, it will be easier to prove that he has been framed.

With all the respect for any knowledge u have about the IPC, i should remind u that 'consent' does not include anything that deals with money .. it amounts to prostitution .. and i dont see any reason why 3 hot looking girls would want to have sex with an 85 year old.. so ,, if u have that bit of common sense , that i am trying to restore of u , then u would probably know what it is all about.. and it is not something new in India. but if for argument sake, u wanna continue this, i m game !

@galath07 If ND has broken any law, then he needs to have his due process in court. So far, the general public has conducted a media trial based on speculation. The tape itself only shows an old man laying unconscious and being kissed by a girl. The tape does not show him participating in any activities whatsoever. The real guilty parties here are the people who installed a spy camera in the Governors bedroom!

@sajaymathew2000 The party was already thinking of replacing him due to the current situation in AP. For the party, what has happened to ND worked in their favour - they immediately pushed him out instead of standing with him. ND is 86 years old and has come to the end of his useful party and public services. He was thrown out like an old shoe by the Congress party. Due to his age, ND may not be interested in fighting a long battle in the courts.

@matfba if the tape was "based on heresy and mere speculation" as you say, why hasn't he sued the channel that brought it up? Why hasnt he even filed a simple police case based on the so called "false" allegations?! If this was simply to blackmail him, as a veteran leader, and with a strong party back up, certainly he would have refuted the allegations and said NO! But it hasnt happened here so far. He is simply quiet citing health reasons for his resignation!
